Prospective candidates are required to satisfy the following conditions:

  • MUST be a Filipino Citizen; dual citizenship or permanent residency status will not be considered.
  • Must reside in the Philippines
  • Proof of your educational background or specialized training, which could include a degree or certification in your relevant area of expertise (for instance, nursing, medical transcription,  etc.)
  • A valid, government-issued photo identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport, or professional license)
  • NBI Clearance
  • Availability for full-time night shifts and weekends is essential, as our clients are based in the United States.
  • You should have a quiet workspace and maintain a professional setting

PC / LAPTOP Technical Requirements

  • Windows 10 / Windows 11
  • Intel i3 or Ryzen 3 / Intel i5 or Ryzen 5
  • At least 8gb RAM
  • Internet Speed: At least 50mb (Fiber or DSL ONLY)
  • MUST have a quality headset, not just earphones, featuring a dedicated microphone.
